By accessing or using LandMyRole, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use LandMyRole only if you can legally enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

LandMyRole provides tools for creating and editing resumes, evaluating job alignment, tailoring application materials, preparing for interviews, and using related features through a website and browser extension. Features may change as the service develops.

LandMyRole does not submit job applications on your behalf unless a feature expressly says otherwise. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, applicant-tracking system results, or any particular outcome.

You are responsible for your account, device, browser profile, and the accuracy of the information you submit. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Some features store documents locally in your browser, including when you use the service without an account. You are responsible for maintaining any copies you need and for understanding that clearing browser data may remove locally stored documents.

You retain ownership of resumes, job materials, and other content you provide. You grant LandMyRole a limited permission to host, process, copy, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the features you request, secure the service, and comply with law.

You must have the right to use submitted content and must not upload confidential information belonging to another person without authorization.

Suggestions, scores, rewrites, and interview material are assistive tools, not promises of employment, legal advice, or professional certification. Review every output before using it. You remain responsible for truthful claims, application accuracy, and final decisions.

• Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, or interfere with security controls.
• Do not access another person's account or data without permission.
• Do not use the service to create fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive applications.
• Do not reverse engineer or automatically scrape the service except where law permits.
• Do not upload malicious code, overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt another user's access.
• Do not use the service or its output to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

LandMyRole and its software, artwork, interface, and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a limited, revocable right to use the service and do not transfer ownership of our technology or marks.

You may use the service for your personal job search or legitimate internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service itself without written permission.

The service may rely on or link to third-party platforms, job sites, authentication providers, and AI services. Their terms and availability are outside our control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

The browser extension may operate alongside supported job sites, but LandMyRole is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or responsible for those sites unless expressly stated. Changes made by a job site may affect extension availability or behavior.

If paid plans are offered, prices, included usage, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase. Payment processing may be handled by a separate provider under its own terms. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are not refundable unless the purchase terms state otherwise.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, LandMyRole and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost income, lost opportunities, or decisions made from generated output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law. We may terminate access for a material or repeated breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.

We may update the service or these terms as the product and legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the linked Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and LandMyRole concerning the service, subject to any additional purchase terms presented to you.
